Such a lovely post, Vanessa...and I wish the same for you...love the quote, although I'd have to change it to read...cashmere socks :)Have a great week xx
Ha! Of course Catherine. Hope you are selling lots of cashmere this Christmas x
As always your words resonate with me... I agree with Catherine above cashmere socks I have a pair that a dear friend gave to me more than 8 years ago and I love wearing them to keep my feet warm while curled on the sofa. I'm looking forward to setting goals and making plans for the year ahead. December is a month of preparing for renewal in January... hugs and blessings, C. (HHL)
I so agree with you C xx
Oh such lovely images-just what I needed in the frenzied pace of this first week of December. You have such style lady. Hope business is booming on cyber Monday (I'm feeling it in my boutique too!). Happy Monday love, Heather
TYSM Heather. So pleased things are going well for you Sweets xx
Hi lovely Vanessa. That's the BEST December wish list ever! Thank you! Some Christmases I've wished I could close my eyes and wake up in January to avoid all the craziness when I was already busy, but for the last couple of years I've really looked forward to it. I started decorating the house early before Thanksgiving this year so that when I came back after Thanksgiving, I would have it all done and could concentrate on getting my shopping done in between illustrations ;) I've been humming Christmas carols in the car and in an all around happy mood sure to irritate the Grynches of the world lol!! Hope you have a wonderful holiday season too, all of those wishes that you lovingly wished for us, I wish for you and more! xo ~SSANDY M Illustrationhttp://oohlafroufrou.blogspot.com
I can imagine your home must be looking glorious Sandy with your creatively precious touch x
Looking forward to gatherings with friends ~ catching up and hoping not to eat too much! I can't stop "grazing" at parties so I attempt to keep my hands full at all times with something other that food. Those steamy mugs of goodness have me at hello ~ I try to limit myself to one a week. My house is all decorated and the baking has commenced. I am almost finished my shopping and the cards are ready for the post. I feel on my A game ~ let's hope I keep up the momentum. How are your plans coming?
Lovely to see you here Lori. Sounds like you've got everything under control ready to just sit back and enjoy xx
Such beautiful wishes, dear V. Thank you! XO I'm most looking forward to my Bear being home for the Summer holidays - 6 whole weeks!!! YIPPEE! :-) After that I'm excited about reading in the hammock, hot dog roasts, and going to the beach and mountains. :-)
Oh yes Krista. I forget it is Summer where you are. So no hot drinks and furry coats for you ;-)
Great photos that really inspire! xo Caroline
Thank you Caroline
I wish these for you also! As I'm sure you can imagine, I'm looking forward to baby's 1st Christmas. ;) My dad is flying down and I cannot wait to celebrate with him as he meets Lily for the first time. In general, I'm enjoying watching the Hallmark channel filled with beautiful Christmas movies all month and trimming the tree and watches the lights twinkle every night.
I cam just imagine how excited you must be Karla especially as your Dad is meeting Lily for the first time. Wishing you the best time imaginable xx
*watching the lights, not *watches. ;)
I love this post Vanessa. Everything about it looks so fun and cozy and reminds me of being home for the holidays! Like all the pillows on the couch with the kids. Great post for a casual sunday night. :)xoDalewww.savvyspice.com
