So this is where the worlds press has been camped
for the last month on baby-watch.
It was curious for me as I have passed this place
more times than I care to mention, plus it is also from
where I made my "debut" in 19........ ;-)
I have never been so fascinated with this door than
whilst waiting during the 10 minutes preceding the BIG
exit of Baby Cambridge.
The country has now turned a lovely shade of blue
..........everywhere you look

Congratulations to the lovely couple
So have you been on baby-watch or
is it something you can take or leave?
Perhaps you are anti-Monarchist and think
they cost us too much?
Whatever your thoughts I would love to
hear from you

They are just such a cute couple aren't they! What a fairytale. Great photo's, love the potted flower wall, and the necklace in different shades of blue.
ReplyDeleteThey are aren't they? Thank you so much for stopping by Hildi x
DeleteCongrats to the happy new family, they all look so sweet in baby blue. Great colour inspiration, that Estelle ring is lovely. I don't think Ive been paying much attention to the baby watch, perhaps because it wouldn't change anything being from SA
ReplyDeleteThanks Sam x
DeleteI think it is fabulous to have the Royals, it is a fairytale playing out in real life. When any of the Royal family visits Canada it is always a huge deal. So happy for the young Royals (Kate and William) - loving how they are adapting the old traditions to modern times - by being so much more approachable.
ReplyDeleteCan only imagine what fabulous energy is happening in your corner of th eworld at this time. Great blur photos ... happy Thursday my friend.xo C. (HHL)
Yes Celia, the buzz is still full on . It's lovely being in the UK at this time :-)
DeleteI was reading about that hospital! It's exclusive! You have gourmet meals there and even champagne. A 3 night stay commands up to $15,000! You were so lucky to be born there Vanessa. I was happy for both of them. They're going to be great parents to George ;) Love those Hermes shoes.

Trust me Kim, a 3 night stay didn't cost that when I was born there ;-) Since William and Harry were born there its status shot up, but prior to that it was a normal private hospital wing :-) There are much nicer private hospitals in London, but NOW it has the "royal connection" which it didn't have when I was born there.
DeleteI love Will & Kate, I have followed them for years. I think they will be terrific parents and you can tell they are a team. You also know they will be fiercely protective of little George!
ReplyDeleteYes I love the way they do things their way :-)
DeleteAnother round up of utter chicness! A visit to your blog is always such a visual feast of sheer beauty.

DeleteThanks for sharing your beauty views with me :) Im so surprised to hear that Revlon makeup isn't available in Spain. I am also a firm follower of MAC & BB cosmetics. Happy Friday!
ReplyDeleteThank you Sam x
DeleteI think it's beautiful and wonderful. :-) I don't care who they are - I think it's lovely anytime a baby is born to parents who love each other and will love him. That is always worth celebrating. :-)
ReplyDeleteMe too Krista x
DeleteThey are such lovely, kind and down-to-earth people that you just can't help but feel happy for them! Plus, the baby has the perfect name (I've always wanted to name my baby boy - if I ever have one, of course - Alexander :) And of course, Kate's dress was to die for. Really, what's not to love?
ReplyDeleteI'm going to email you soon, sweetie, I promise!

Lovely photos of the new family and yes we were on baby-watch waiting for that door to open and I even guessed the names George and Louis! So many gorgeous items here particularly the Hermès shoes and of course the cupcake!

We had a drinks party at work the night that they introduced Baby George to the world and the whole office was stood in front of a computer, watching the live stream waiting for them to appear. I had to catch a tube so I missed it but I caught it when I got home. I’m not usually baby-mad so I surprised myself at how excited I got about it!
ReplyDeletei hope he gets to live as much a normal life as possible... have a nice one!
ReplyDeleteCon grats on all you Brits! What a delight a new baby always is! xo Caroline
ReplyDeleteHi Vanessa, I love this couple! I have collected so many magazines of their wedding, I am obsessed. How exciting for you to be so close. I truly believe they will live happily ever after.

Such wonderful, happy news...a new royal baby...love the name too ;-)
ReplyDeleteThanks for popping by Vanessa, I always love hearing from you.
Enjoy the week.

I think the family looks lovely. I do not go crazy seeking out news about the "royal family" but I am interested enough that I always pay attention if I am watching the news and there is something about them in it. I think all of your blue pictures are very pretty.

Although I am not one to keep tabs on the Royal Family, I was delighted to hear mom and baby were healthy and who doesn't love a new baby?
ReplyDeleteYour blue photo inspiration is lovely, and I love the Constance, Monica, and Luna earrings. Wishing you a beautiful weekend!
